About the Artist

Becky McNabb is an artist living and working in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.  Born and raised on the prairies of Saskatchewan, Becky moved to Calgary to attend University of Calgary and obtained her BFA in Painting in 2004. 

As an abstract artist, Becky enjoys hearing the interpretations each viewer pulls from her various pieces.  She has always enjoyed the inclusion of texture and mixed media elements in her paintings.  This creates an interest that draws in the viewer for a closer look and works to establish a connection between each painting and the audience.
