Burn Fine Art Paper Print

I painted the majority of this painting on Main Street in Canmore in August, 2021

That morning as I was driving out from Calgary, I reached a section of highway that had retardant sprayed over it and helicopters were dumping water on flames right beside the highway. As the smoke hung low that day, the scene was on my mind and I think the heat comes through in this abstract interpretation of the Rocky Mountains.

Printed image 15" wide and 7.5" high with 1/2" border around on 16" x 8.5" paper
